Karen Tee

Karen Tee is the Associate Executive Director at Foundry, where they provide clinical leadership and develop services for youth mental health. With over 20 years of experience in direct service and program management, Karen has supported the establishment of Foundry since its inception in 2015 and has led initiatives in justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Previously, they developed the Early Psychosis Intervention Program and managed Child, Youth, and Young Adult Mental Health and Substance Use Services at Fraser Health Authority. Karen is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology at Simon Fraser University, in addition to holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English Literature from The University of British Columbia and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Simon Fraser University.
