Susan Ruby

Susan Ruby, SIOR, is a Senior Vice President at Foundry Commercial, where they have continued to excel in industrial real estate since 2018. Over a distinguished 35-year career, they leased over 17 million square feet and sold more than 18 million square feet of industrial properties. Prior to their current role, Susan was the Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle and spent 20 years as Director of Industrial at Cushman & Wakefield, earning multiple awards as a top producer. A graduate of Western Kentucky University, they are also a founding member of the Central Florida CREW organization and hold the SIOR designation.
