Jie Chen

Jie Chen has worked as a Software Engineer at Foundry, a Digital Currency Group Company since 2021. Foundry was created to meet the institutional demand for more capital access, efficiency, and transparency in the digital currency mining industry. Prior to this, Jie Chen worked on a Harrisburg University of Science and Technology School Project from 2019. This included building a web application in a CI/CD pipeline, creating a word guessing game project full-stack, utilizing Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML/CSS, MySQL, Git, Jenkins, TestCafe, SonarQube, and Docker. Additionally, Jie Chen worked on a data mining project which involved getting and cleaning data, modeling data, general reporting, and utilizing Python and Jupyter Notebook.

Jie Chen received an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS from Monroe Community College in 2019, majoring in Computer Information Systems. Following this, they pursued an M.S. in Computer Information Science at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, graduating in 2021. Her studies included Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python; Docker, Jenkins, MySQL, TestCafe, and PowerBI.
