Bill Nordwall

Bill Nordwall is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in web development and accessibility consulting. As a co-founder of Foundry Interactive since March 2008, Bill has led efforts in building and optimizing impactful websites. Previously, Bill served as a front-end engineering consultant at Expedia, where a significant overhaul of the company's architecture was implemented, improving response times significantly. Bill has also worked as an accessibility consultant for organizations such as SlideRoom and Target, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.0 and Section 508 standards. Additional roles include UI Development Lead at Washington Mutual, Frontend Engineer at Zillow.com, and User Experience Developer at Washington Mutual. Bill also contributed to the academic community as a web development instructor at the University of Washington and holds a BA in Communications with a focus on New Media Studies from the same institution.
