John Holden

John Holden is an experienced Test Engineer with a notable career spanning over two decades in the IT industry. Currently serving at Brocade since December 2008 and Foundry Networks since May 2003, John specializes in resource management for QA Labs, testing Layer 2-3 networking, and resolving escalated customer issues. Previous roles include Senior Windows Administrator and Data Center Manager at Incyte Genomics and various customer engineer positions at Applied Materials, Track Computer Center Services, and Entex Information Systems. John began the professional journey at Apple Computer as a QA Engineer. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from Colorado Technical University and has pursued additional education at Mission College.
