Level up in the Built Environment, with leadership and behavioural impact- to thrive, not just survive on your own terms.

At Foundry of Thought, we provide high-impact, coaching, speaking and masterclasses for talent across the built environment, supporting early-career entrants, mid & senior leaders in navigating critical transition points with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Much like a foundry transforms raw materials into something stronger, we help reshape thought patterns, decode behavioural dynamics, and cut through the noise, unlocking the space for strategic direction, soft-skill mastery, and leadership grounded in real meaning.

Whether you're launching your career, stepping up or redefining your legacy, we bring together 25+ years of hands-on leadership experience in architecture, property, and regeneration, combined with deep behavioural science and ICF-accredited coaching to create sustainable, career-shaping change.

Founded by Mimi Dietrich after 25+ years on the ground and leadership in the built environment, Foundry of Thought exists to build the behavioural soft skills & human side of leadership, so our industry doesn’t just retain talent, but grows it from the inside out.

Foundry of Thought- Where Thoughts Are Reshaped With Intention.
