The Fund Foundry

The Fund Foundry supports emerging fund managers to move from ambition to first close.

Based in Guernsey, we help first-time and early-stage fund managers build credible, investable, and well-structured funds. Our programme brings together experienced fund managers, investors, fund administrators, lawyers, regulators, and ecosystem partners to help emerging managers understand what it really takes to design, launch, and grow a fund.

We exist to close the gap between investment talent and fund readiness.

Many emerging managers have strong investment insight, sector expertise, networks, and conviction. What they often lack is the practical infrastructure, regulatory understanding, investor positioning, and experienced guidance needed to turn that potential into a viable fund.

The Fund Foundry is designed to change that.

Through structured support, expert mentoring, investor access, and Guernsey’s deep fund ecosystem, we help managers sharpen their thesis, build their operating model, understand fund structures, prepare for LP conversations, and develop the credibility needed to raise and deploy capital.

Our focus is simple: supporting emerging managers who are building the next generation of funds.
