Foundry Real Estate Development is a commercial real estate company with proven experience in commercial development and a disciplined focus on single‑tenant net lease and build‑to‑suit retail. Foundry has grown by pairing institutional‑caliber management with an entrepreneurial mindset—creating and unlocking real estate value while enabling our partners to focus on their core business. Foundry is a preferred developer and partner of national retail operators, and we have established ourselves as a premiere single-tenant developer through the mid-Atlantic and Midwest markets.

Our approach is grounded in accountability, experience, and long‑term thinking. We don’t just execute projects—we guide them, anticipating what’s next and moving forward every step of the way. Leveraged by relationships across the industry, we focus is on identifying, evaluating, and acquiring properties that align with the needs of our tenants and broader market fundamentals. We approach each acquisition with discipline, thorough due diligence, and a clear understanding of market demand, zoning, and the path to project viability.

Successful development projects require hands-on engagement, and our team of industry veterans deeply understand this. Our vertically integrated platform allows us to influence the outcome, providing best-in-class service at every step. We provide site selection and acquisition, entitlement management, design review, cost estimating and budget establishment, bidding and construction management services.

In a challenging commercial development environment, Foundry relies on these pillars to strengthen our team and platform. We are responsive, fair, patient and disciplined operators that value long-term relationships and success.
