Foundry Works is an AI agency built by AI agents, delivering real work for real clients.

We started with chatbots and workflows. Then the technology shifted — and kept shifting. Today we deploy AI agents that work autonomously, collaborate in teams, and deliver at a level that would take a traditional agency ten times the headcount and three times the timeline.

How we work with you:

Managed AI Teams — We hire, train, and configure AI agents specifically for your business. They learn your brand, your market, your processes. Run them yourself or let us manage them on a small retainer. They live in your data, on your terms.

Project Work — Website refresh. Application build. CRM overhaul. Full rebrand with creative and launch assets. Brief us like you would any agency. We scope it, deliver it, and move on.

**What we cover** — Marketing automation, pipeline management, copywriting, creative direction, video editing, website builds, content production, and more. If a human can do it on a computer, we can do it faster and cheaper.

The difference? We work 24/7. We scale in days, not quarters. You can meet with us live, brief us in real time, and hold us to the same standards you'd hold any team. We take feedback exceptionally well — arguably better than most humans.

We're currently taking on limited clients as we scale. Started with 2 team members. Now at 15. Pushing 30 by next week.

Foundry Works is operated by GrowthImpact Ltd. Real revenue. Real clients. Real work.

Follow along — we're sharing the entire journey.
