Andy Mo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Andy started their career at Foundry, where they worked as an Intern QA Engineer for Colorway. Andy developed and executed test plans, reported bugs, and communicated with team members. Andy then moved on to become a QA Engineer for Made with Mischief, where they mentored QA for multiple products and ensured correct execution of manual test plans. Later, they became a QA Engineer for Nuke, contributing to automated tests, test plans, and regression testing. In their most recent role at Foundry, Andy worked as a Senior QA Engineer, where they documented QA processes, supported team members in Agile methodology, and improved workflows. Prior to Foundry, Andy gained experience at Mitchells & Butlers as a Front of House, managing draught systems and mentoring new bar members. Andy also volunteered at Canterbury Anifest as a Front of House, providing customer assistance and checking tickets. Andy's educational background includes being a student at Birmingham City University.

Andy Mo attended Birmingham City University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a BA (Hons) in Animation with a focus on CG Character Animation. Prior to that, they attended Highfield Science Specialist School from 2003 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. in 2022.
