Chloe Park

Chloe Park is an experienced Internal Recruiter at Foundry since December 2021, specializing in end-to-end recruitment across EMEA, North America, and Asia for various functions including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Prior to Foundry, Chloe worked as a Technical Recruiter at Digiterre, managing complex recruitment projects in finance and data teams, and as a Talent Acquisition Associate at UiPath, where recruitment processes were optimized during a period of hypergrowth. Additional experience includes roles as a Junior Programme Manager at Zenkai Consulting and as an HR Assistant at The London Clinic. Chloe holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Sookmyung Women's University.
