Jonathan Egstad

Jonathan Egstad is a seasoned professional in the field of visual effects and animation, currently serving as a Senior Product Innovation Manager at Foundry since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jonathan spent a decade at DreamWorks Animation, where responsibilities as Principal Engineer included developing advanced compositing and imaging technologies that enhanced feature-animation workflows. Jonathan's experience spans multiple prominent companies, such as ImageMovers Digital, Digital Domain, and Pacific Ocean Post, where roles varied from Compositing Technical Supervisor to VFX Supervisor, showcasing expertise in color management, pipeline integration, and team supervision across numerous high-profile projects. Jonathan holds a BS in Communications/Media from Fitchburg State University.
