Janelle S. is a Research Coordinator at foundry10 since September 2021, with extensive experience in research and outreach from various roles at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from October 2017 to 2022. Janelle S. contributed to the OUMP Participation Action Research Project by collecting and analyzing data, programming questionnaires using Qualtrics, and presenting findings at conferences. An independent research project on racial microaggressions and mental health was also executed during this time. Additional roles included working as a research assistant in multiple psychology labs, providing support to diverse student populations through the America Reads Counts Program, and completing internships focused on outreach and mental health counseling. Janelle S. holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Sciences degree in Psychology and Human Services from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
