Tom Folley

Tom Folley currently serves as the Market Lead for the UK, Benelux, and Nordics regions at FOUNT, where the focus is on enhancing Employee Experience (EX) Management through innovative software solutions. Prior to this role, Tom was involved in business development at TI People, contributing to the creation of better organizational experiences through human-centered design approaches. Tom's earlier experience includes positions as an Investment Banking Analyst and Summer Analyst at Citi, where the focus was on the Technology, Media & Telecoms sector in the EMEA region. Tom also held key roles at the UK Ministry of Defence, including Training Manager and Technical Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed training delivery, data analysis, and change management. Tom holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University and has completed CFA Level 1 through the CFA Institute.
