We build AI companies, and the AI inside them.

Fountech is a venture studio and a custom AI development practice, run by people who have been shipping AI for decades. We build our own ventures, we build MVPs for proven operators in exchange for equity, and we build production AI for clients.

Custom AI development. We design, build, and run AI products, custom models, and agentic systems, taken from scoping to production by a senior team. Most AI projects die between the demo and the deployment. Ours don't, because we build our own products on the same stack we sell.

The venture studio. Pitch us like a VC; we invest engineering. You bring the market, the team, and the go-to-market muscle. We build your MVP. No fee; we take equity, a board seat, and a long-term interest in your success. Then you run the company. We also launch ventures of our own, one or two a year, spun out when outside investors come in.

Behind both sits the lab. Decades of AI research feed everything we build. We don't publish papers and we don't chase patents. The results ship inside our ventures and our client work.

Two ways to work with us: start a project, or pitch your venture. fountech.ai
