Matthew Kracker

Matthew Kracker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail management and coaching. Currently serving as a Regional Manager at FOUNT since August 2022, Matthew previously held the position of Store Director at the same company from October 2021 to June 2022. Prior roles include Manager and Assistant Manager at TJ Maxx & HomeGoods from June 2016 to January 2021, Freshman Head Coach at Akron Public Schools from September 2016 to June 2017, and Store Manager as well as Assistant Manager at Aeropostale from August 2014 to June 2016. Matthew began a career in retail at Abercrombie & Fitch as a Full Time Stock employee from October 2011 to August 2014. Matthew holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Kent State University at Stark, completed between 2012 and 2014, and is a graduate of Massillon Washington High School, class of 2012.
