Founded in 1991 by Jasper Welch, FCMS has provided executive consulting, facilitation, team building, sales training, business development and Board support services to business, non-profit and governmental agency clients.  Mr. Welch is the co-founder of DurangoSpace, and former Mayor of Durango, CO.  He as been a member & business incubation training with NBIA www.nbia.org since 1999.
