Ahmed Tayane currently serves as a Partner at Four & Five since August 2023 and as Executive Director at LRC Fund Management Ltd since September 2021. Previously, Ahmed held the position of Senior Manager and General Counsel at LRC Group from November 2018 to June 2023, overseeing the incorporation and launch of multiple Alternative Investment Funds, managing three Luxembourg Investment Funds with over €2 billion in assets under management, and handling significant acquisitions totaling €6 billion. Ahmed's career also includes roles as a Teaching Assistant at KU Leuven, where assistance was provided to a professor in Commercial and Insolvency Law, and as Senior Associate at Loyens & Loeff, recognized as a "Next Generation Lawyer" in dispute resolution. Ahmed's legal expertise extends to positions in lending and trade finance at KBC Bank & Verzekering and training experience at Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners in Tokyo. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws from the University of Michigan Law School, a Postgraduate Degree in Finance from KU Leuven, and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Law from the University of Antwerp.
