Matty Word is an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Four Hands since May 2018, Matty has successfully led the development of the talent acquisition team, implemented hiring strategies, and managed the full recruitment lifecycle. Prior positions include Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialist at Four Hands, where Matty played a pivotal role in building the recruiting program and fostering relationships with hiring managers. Previous experience includes roles at HDR as Regional Recruiter and at Aerotek as Account Recruiting Manager, where Matty received accolades such as Recruiter and Account Recruiting Manager of the Year in 2015. Matty's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections and a Paralegal Certificate from California State University, Chico.
