Four Leaf HR Consultancy

Built to find what others call rare.

Four Leaf is a hospitality-focused recruitment consultancy firm built on intention, depth, and alignment.
We thoughtfully connect exceptional hospitality professionals with brands that value excellence, culture, and long-term impact.
At Four Leaf, recruitment is not transactional. It is a considered process of curation — designed to build teams that elevate guest experiences and sustain excellence over time.

Our Legacy
Four Leaf is founded on a rare dual strength.

Syed Akbar Ali, with over three decades of global recruitment leadership through Solar HRM, brings structure, reach, and disciplined recruitment science.

Syed Raghib Ahsan, shaped by decades of frontline hospitality leadership across international markets, brings lived operational insight — from service pressure to team dynamics.
Together, they unite the science of recruitment with the soul of hospitality.
