Decision Integrity means making the call on what's true, even when the dynamics in the room are pushing you off it.

The information is rarely the problem. What degrades the big call is what happens in the room when you commit: the pressure, the momentum, the consensus that formed before anyone stress-tested it.

Four Rings builds the personal operating system that runs the check before you commit. It also clears the routine work off your plate so you have the headspace to do the thinking.

What we offer:

• Decision Integrity System: a customized decision infrastructure you own and run, built collaboratively over four to six weeks. It captures your decisions, remembers their context, and runs an automated stress-test on the ones flagged as irreversible.

• Decision Integrity Advisory: a confidential thinking partner stress-testing the consequential decisions you're carrying right now. No system build required. NDA available.

• Decision Integrity Partner: the System build plus six months of Advisory, for leaders facing a defined window of high-stakes decisions.

Background

Built by Zack Scott from more than 20 years inside Major League Baseball, including four World Series championships with the Boston Red Sox and a year as Acting General Manager of the New York Mets. Sports was the proving ground. The dynamics show up anywhere senior people make hard-to-reverse calls.
