Amanda Jackson has a decade of work experience in the food and beverage industry. Amanda began their career in 2013 as a Student Assistant in the Biological Sciences Department at California Polytechnic State University and a Barista at Starbucks. In 2014, they worked as a Public Health Intern at AIDS Support Network/SLO Hep C Project and a Quality Engineer at Bridgetown Natural Foods. From 2015 to 2018, they held the role of Quality Control Manager at Chaucer and worked as a QA Manager at both Starbucks and Columbia Fruit. In 2021, Amanda began working as a Senior Quality Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at Lazarus Naturals and is currently a Quality Assurance Manager at Four Sigmatic.

Amanda Jackson attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Microbiology, General. Amanda also obtained three certifications: Internal Auditor in February 2016, Preventative Controls Qualified Individual from FSPCA in February 2016, and HACCP Manager from Prometric.
