David Bailey, M.L.S. currently serves as an Assistant Vice President and ICM Quality Controller at Citi since April 2022 and as a Career Readiness Coach and Associate Instructor at FourBlock since February 2019. Previous professional roles include Compliance Supervisor of Financial Crimes Investigations at MoneyGram International, AVP-Sr. Fraud Investigator at Texas Capital Bank, and legal support in the Army National Guard. David has extensive experience in fraud investigations, AML/BSA compliance, and working with veterans to achieve their personal and professional goals. Educational background includes a Master of Legal Studies from Trinity Law School and a BA in Political Science with a minor in Theatre from the University of Southern California.
