Queta Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Queta has worked for FourBlock since 2018, starting as the Texas Program Manager and later becoming the Regional Director, where they expanded the organization's footprint in Texas and Colorado. Currently, they hold the position of National Operations Director, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, stakeholder partnerships, and program expansion. Queta has also served as a member of the Fort Hood Independent Review Committee for the United States Department of the Army, where they contributed to a comprehensive report on improving leadership and safety at Fort Hood. Prior to these roles, they were the Director of the Veterans Service Office for Bexar County, where they oversaw the implementation and coordination of various Veterans Service programs. Before transitioning to civilian work, Queta served in the U.S. Marine Corps, holding roles as an Intelligence Analyst and Manpower Operations Officer.
Queta Rodriguez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MPA (Master's in Public Administration) at Syracuse University - Maxwell School, starting in 2022 and expected to continue indefinitely.
