Roger Roley

Roger Roley served in the U.S. Army for 24 years, achieving the rank of Command Sergeant Major and earning distinctions such as the Bronze Star and Legion of Merit. After transitioning from military service, they excelled as a District Manager at Ferrellgas, increasing the customer base by 29% and receiving the Donald Trump Award. Roger held leadership positions at Cintas for over a decade, culminating in a role as Vice President of Operations at Osprey Biotechnics, where they drove 30% sales growth. Currently, as the S.E. Regional Director for FourBlock, they focus on preparing transitioning veterans for careers in corporate America. Roger holds a degree from Wichita State University with a 3.86 GPA.
