Thomas Dickmann is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, marketing, and education. As an Adjunct Faculty member at Fordham University since September 2018, Dickmann instructs the seminar "Career Transitional Leadership," focused on aiding student-veterans in their transition to corporate careers. In addition, Dickmann serves as the Lead Career Readiness Coach for the Four Block Foundation, managing a team that supports transitioning military veterans in achieving successful careers. Previously, Dickmann held significant roles including Corporate Vice President at AECOM, one of the largest design and construction firms globally, Vice President at Hayden-Wegman, and Project Engineer/Marketing Manager at Malcolm Pirnie Inc. Their early career included project management at AMX Contracting Corporation and serving as Company Commander in the US Navy. Dickmann holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and has completed graduate studies in Marketing Management at Pace University.
