Tony Verducci is an innovative and imaginative leader with a proven track record as a board member, executive leader, and coach. They served as Counsel at the Military Sealift Command from 2016 to 2019 and held positions such as Assistant General Counsel for the U.S. Department of the Navy and Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Civilian Personnel from 2022 to 2025. As a Senior Executive in the Department of the Navy Office of the General Counsel from 2021 to 2025, Tony played a critical role in overseeing human resources policies and operations.
