Mel Santos

Mel Santos, born on January 28, 1999, is a 22-year-old pursuing a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering at Universidade Federal do Ceará. They have extensive experience in process mapping, logistics, and project management, having held various roles including Tech Lead at FourD and Project Development Manager at Ponce Tech. Previously, Mel contributed as a Supply Chain Intern at Farmácias Pague Menos and as a Customer Experience Supervisor at Gocase Brasil, focusing on improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Mel also holds a degree in Management Processes from Estácio and is currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management and Agile Methodologies at PUCRS.
