Lacey Pace

Lacey Pace has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Corporate Account Executive at Zones, Inc. from August 2011 to April 2012. Lacey then became a Brand Champion for Lenovo from April 2012 to June 2013, before transitioning to a Software Licensing Specialist from June 2013 to April 2015. Lacey then became a Microsoft Solution Specialist at Zones, Inc. from April 2015 to January 2016, where they leveraged their knowledge of Microsoft products to act as a consultant for customers. Lacey then joined Act-On Software, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager in January 2016, helping marketing teams optimize their websites for lead generation. Lacey's next role was with Foureyes, where they started as the Foureyes Regional Program Manager from October 2016 to June 2018. After that, they became a Senior Product Specialist from June 2018 to January 2022. Lacey then transitioned to the role of a Senior Client Success Manager at Foureyes from January 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Lacey holds the position of Senior Client Success Manager, Enterprise at Foureyes since January 2023. Before starting their career in the technology and sales industry, Lacey worked as a Medical Records Verifier at Pharmerica Inc from September 2009 to August 2011.

Lacey Pace completed their education at the University of Oregon from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama/Theatre Arts and Stagecraft. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lacey also obtained several certifications through online platforms. In April 2020, they completed a course on Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations offered by LinkedIn. Most recently, in February 2023, they obtained another certification called "The Successful Young Leader" from LinkedIn. Moreover, Lacey achieved the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in April 2023.
