Ben Barnes has held various IT support roles, starting as a Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury's before moving on to become an IT Customer Support Engineer at Guildford Borough Council. Currently, Ben serves as a Systems Manager at Fourfront Group, where Ben also worked as a 2nd Line Support Engineer and ICT Desktop Support Engineer. Ben is experienced in supporting internal users with IT systems, diagnosing and resolving complex problems, and using tools such as Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange. Prior to their IT career, Ben led a team as a Produce Team Leader at Sainsbury's. Ben completed their education at Brooklands College and Winston Churchill School.
