Daniel Dib

Daniel Dib serves as Senior Legal Counsel at FourKites, Inc. since 2022. Previously, Daniel held the position of Director, Corporate Counsel at DriveTime and worked as an Attorney at alliantgroup. A former Senior Contracts Negotiator at Phillips 66, Daniel also practiced law at The Dib Law Group and served as Professor of Law and ADR Coach at the University of Houston Law Center. Early career roles included Law Clerk positions at Bailey Cowan Heckaman PLLC, Aidikoff, Uhl & Bakhtiari, and Ramirez and Alpers LLP, as well as a Judicial Extern at the United States Bankruptcy Court - Central District of California. Daniel earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Southwestern Law School and an Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate from Pepperdine Law, in addition to a degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
