Jim Fleming

Jim Fleming, PMP has a strong and diverse work experience. Jim is currently serving as a Senior Manager of Carrier Compliance & Project Management at FourKites, Inc. Jim joined FourKites in July 2021.

Before joining FourKites, Jim worked at Monad Solutions - North America for a considerable period. Jim held the role of Principal Consultant & Project Manager from July 2015 to July 2021. During this time, they also took up the position of Senior OPA Consultant from December 2012 to June 2015. Jim actively participated in numerous OPA, OSvC, and OEC assignments, managing the entire development life-cycle and presenting to stakeholders regarding project implementations. Jim'sresponsibilities included gathering requirements, defining functionality, supporting integration, and conducting impact analysis.

Prior to Monad Solutions, Jim worked at Innovation Logistics as a Business Development Analyst from January 2010 to December 2012. Jim contributed to the launch and operation of the Durham Tech Alumni Association and provided programming support for the JobsNOW Program as a Coordinator for Alumni Affairs and Foundation Events & JobsNOW Program Assistant at Durham Technical Community College from September 2009 to October 2010. Before that, they served as a Community Engagement Intern at Duke University from June 2009 to August 2009.

Jim began their career in the United States Marine Corps and served from June 2000 to September 2005. During this time, they worked as an FAA certified air traffic controller and crew training manager, serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Jim Fleming, PMP has a strong education background in public policy studies and project management. Jim obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts degree in University Transfer Studies from Durham Technical Community College from 2005 to 2007.
