Navin Kumar began their work experience in 2014 as a Technical Support Engineer at CSS Corp, where they handled inbound calls, managed case tracker, assisted other agents, and troubleshooted for US and UK customers. In 2015, they joined Zoho Corporation as a Technical Support Engineer, where they assisted customers through various channels, managed tasks, provided demos, and collaborated with teams to gather customer requirements. Navin later took on roles as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, Support Team Lead, and ultimately Senior lead customer support, during which they played a key role in customer satisfaction, team growth, and training partners and customers. In 2022, Navin joined FourKites, Inc. as a Team Lead for Product Support.
Navin Kumar attended the AIHT- Anand Institute of Higher Technology from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science.
