Currently serving as a Contact Center Specialist - Solution Design at FourNet since November 2021, Amanda focuses on expanding the NICE CXone customer base. Prior to FourNet, Amanda worked as a Solutions Engineer - Contact Centre at RingCentral, where a move to a cloud provider was driven by the need to remain relevant in a rapidly changing industry. Amanda began their career in telecommunications at npower, eventually holding positions of increasing responsibility, including Telecoms Business Manager at npower, Telecom Design and Architecture Manager at Sitel, and Regional Service Engineer at Capita, where Amanda was the first female Service Engineer. With a strong foundation in project management, solution design, and customer relationship management, Amanda has demonstrated a commitment to delivering innovative telephony solutions throughout their career.
