Daniel Jones

Daniel Jones is an experienced CCaaS Consultant and Solutions Architect at FourNet, providing technical support and expertise on CC/CCaaS/UCaaS and IaaS technologies since January 2019. Previously, Daniel worked as a Technical Consultant at Dimension Data UKI, leading CCaaS and UCaaS project deliveries and maintaining client relationships between 2014 and 2019. Earlier roles included a Lead Deployment Engineer at CCT/Capita, where Daniel managed multi-site implementations and liaised with clients and vendors, and a Corporate Support Engineer at IBM, focusing on business requirements and governance. Daniel holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Bournemouth University.
