Gino P. is a co-founder of Foursided, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this, Gino served as Managing Partner for Strategic Accounts at Alight Solutions from April 2017 to December 2023, focusing on optimizing business processes through AI and data analytics. Gino's tenure at Aon spanned over two decades, where roles included Partner and Account Executive, Director of Engagement Management, and Defined Benefit Consultant and Practice Leader, responsible for client relationship management and strategic service delivery. Gino began professional experience as a Program Intern at the American Enterprise Institute, conducting research on welfare public policy. Gino holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
