Jonas Wand

Jonas Wand has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Jonas is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of FOURSOURCE, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at FOURSOURCE, also serving as the Managing Director from January 2017 to September 2021.

Before joining FOURSOURCE, Jonas held the role of Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at P & T - Paper & Tea GmbH from April 2016 to December 2016. Jonas also has experience working at Willy Bogner GmbH & Co. KGaA where they held various positions including Member of the Management Board/Head of Sales Fire + Ice from May 2013 to March 2016, Assistant to the Board/Vorstandsassistenz Marketing, Sales, Retail from April 2011 to May 2013, and Sales & Key Account Manager Bogner Fire + Ice from April 2007 to April 2011.

Jonas' early career included roles at Boards & More GmbH, where they worked as a Marketing Manager for F2 Apparel from December 2006 to April 2007 and Mistral Softgoods from October 2005 to December 2006. Jonas also started at Boards & More GmbH as a Werkstudent/Intern from April 2004 to October 2005.

Jonas Wand completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St.Gallen from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule from 2005 to 2009. Jonas also pursued Sportstudium at the Technical University of Munich from 2003 to 2005, for which they did not obtain a specific degree.
