Yara Bany Atta has extensive experience in operations and customer success, currently serving as the Head of Operations and Head of Customer Success at FOURSOURCE since May 2019. Prior to these roles, Yara was a Customer Success Team Lead and a Business Development Intern at FOURSOURCE, where responsibilities included supporting the Customer Success team, managing strategic projects, analyzing customer needs, creating process flow diagrams, and training new staff. Earlier experience includes an internship at DHL. Yara holds a Master's degree in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from The University of Salford and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from both the German Jordanian University and Fachhochschule Jena.
