Marc Cersovsky has a strong background in strategic consulting and leadership roles. Marc is currently the CEO of the Retail Division at Fourstar Group. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on performance improvement and interim management. Marc also held the position of Head of Strategy at EuroEyes, where they oversaw corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Marc gained extensive experience as a Partner at Global Strategy Group, by KPMG, leading consumer goods strategy and driving digital transformation. Additionally, Marc worked as a Senior Associate Consultant and Senior Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, specializing in commercial due diligence and market intelligence.

Marc Cersovsky pursued their education in the field of International Business Administration. Marc attended FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann. Additionally, they spent the academic year 2002-2003 at Universidad de Alcalá, focusing on the study of Administration de Empresas.
