AJ Nemecek is a seasoned professional in the restaurant and hospitality industry with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Senior Pre-sales Solution Consultant and Senior Sales Engineer at Fourth since 2022, AJ previously held multiple General Manager positions at Yard House Restaurants from 2004 to 2022, overseeing teams to achieve KPIs in sales, guest experience, and team development across diverse restaurant formats. AJ demonstrated strong leadership through challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic and during the transition of an independent restaurant brand into a larger corporation. Previous experience includes roles at The Old Spaghetti Factory and Macri's Deli. AJ holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
