Borja Soler

Borja Soler has a strong background in analytics, strategic programs, and change management. Borja started their career as a Data Quality Manager Consultant at SEAT, S.A. in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Business Intelligence Intern at HP. From 2016 onwards, Borja worked at Fourth, starting as an Agile Operations Analyst and moving up to Lead Agile Operations & Analytics Analyst. Borja then became the Operations & Analytics Manager, followed by the role of Senior Manager - Change & Optimization PMO. Currently, Borja holds the position of Director - Analytics & Strategic Programmes (Technology Business Operations). Throughout their career, Borja has demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and implementing technologies to drive efficiency and cost savings. Borja has also been involved in training employees and promoting data-driven decision-making.

Borja Soler obtained a Credential of Readiness (CORe) in Business Essentials from Harvard Business School Online in 2024. In 2015-2016, they pursued a degree in Engineering with Finance MSc at the University of Kent. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2015, they achieved a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Change Management Foundation certificate from APMG International in March 2021, followed by the Certified Change Management Practitioner certificate in the same year. Additionally, Borja Soler acquired the SAFe 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2022.
