Dave Ellmer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in productivity consulting, particularly in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Head of Global Productivity Consulting Services at Fourth since June 2018, Dave leads teams focused on Scheduling, Engagement, and Productivity. Prior roles at Fourth include Senior Productivity Consultant and Labour Productivity Consultant, where expertise in implementing Labour Productivity solutions and scheduling metrics were developed. Prior to joining Fourth, Dave was a Hospitality Productivity Consultant at Productivity Mentor Ltd and held various managerial positions at Pizzaxpress Milano Ireland and PizzaExpress, building a strong foundation in restaurant management and team training since starting as a Team Trainer at McDonald's.
