Kitty Gordon is currently the Senior Director of the Global People Team at Fourth, where they focus on organizational development. Previously, they served as an Independent Professional Coach and Trainer from 2007 to 2019 and held various roles in learning and organizational development at N-able and SolarWinds. Kitty also contributed to the City of Edinburgh Council as an Organizational Development Consultant from 2008 to 2016, and their experience includes designing accredited coaching programs at Coaching Direct. They are pursuing their studies at Robert Gordon University.
