Louise Cole

Louise Cole possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a People Partner at Fourth since April 2011, with a career progression through various roles including Senior People Advisor, People Advisor, HR Generalist, and HR Coordinator. Prior to this, Louise worked as a Training Coordinator at The Chartered Quality Institute and held positions as HR Officer and Recruitment Administrator at the Training and Development Agency for Schools. Louise has enhanced professional qualifications with an Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Acacia Learning, and additional education from City and Islington College.
