Meredith Semmel has over two decades of experience in benefits implementation and customer service within the human resources and benefits administration fields. Currently serving as an Implementation Benefits Analyst at Fourth since March 2021, Meredith previously held the position of Sr. Implementation Benefits Specialist at CoAdvantage for nearly 16 years. Prior to that, Meredith worked as a Benefits Specialist at Paychex and gained foundational customer service skills as a Customer Service Representative at VSP Vision Care. Meredith holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential in Elementary Education from California State University-Sacramento.
