Director Agile Portfolio & Practice at Fourth

Petya Nencheva has a diverse work experience spanning over several years and industries. Petya currently holds the position of Director Agile Portfolio & Practice at Fourth, a role they started in August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Agile Practice at Fourth from February 2020 to October 2023.

Before joining Fourth, Petya worked at Lufthansa Technik where they served as the Leader Process Improvement & Project Management from May 2018 to February 2020. In this role, they managed a team of 7 project managers and led projects related to process improvements, digitalization, and the development and delivery of digital services and products.

Prior to Lufthansa Technik, Petya worked at Lufthansa Technik Sofia as a Business Development Consultant and Project Manager from October 2015 to April 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading process improvement projects/programs and key strategic projects for the division's development.

Their earlier work experience includes a role at Next Power Ltd. where they worked as a Financial and Project Manager from March 2008 to October 2015. In this position, they managed the development of Gas-fired Power Plants in Eastern Europe, overseeing project programs, financial models, and coordination between sponsors, advisors, and lenders.

Petya Nencheva earned a High School Diploma from the American College of Sofia from 1998 to 2003. Petya then pursued a BBA in International Management at the International University in Germany from 2003 to 2006. In 2006-2007, they earned a Master's degree in International Finance from EADA Business School. Petya also obtained several certifications, including ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching and ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation in 2022, Leading SAFe® 5 Certification in 2021, and Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O) in 2021.
