Steve Lewins

Steve Lewins is an accomplished Agile Program Manager with extensive experience in leading Agile methodologies and program management initiatives. Currently at Fourth since November 2017, Steve has taken on key responsibilities such as defining the Program Management function, leading the flagship iQ program, and serving as an Agile Coach. Previous roles include Lead Release Train Engineer and Principal SAFe Coach, where Steve managed Release Train Engineers and acted as the SAFe expert. Additional experience spans across multiple organizations, including Thomson Reuters and GPShopper, where Steve contributed as an Agile Coach and Senior Project Manager for high-profile clients. Steve's career has consistently involved project management, team leadership, and the implementation of Agile and Lean practices, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
