Alys Kay is a career coach and researcher developer with extensive experience in supporting individuals and organizations within complex systems. They have worked across various roles, including Career Coach on the UKRI funded Prosper Project and Senior Researcher Developer at the University of Liverpool. Currently, Alys co-leads a national working group for the Research Culture Enablers Network and serves as a Research Associate at the National Centre for Academic and Cultural Exchange. Alys is dedicated to enhancing collaboration, career development, and positive research culture in academia and beyond.
