Responsible for the daily operation of Fourthstone’s equity trading, including best execution, technology and analytics. Twenty years of prior experience includes serving as Head Equity Trader for Kennedy Capital Management, where he was responsible for overseeing the administration, technology, and quality of broker execution for the trading department. Kelley was the principal Equity Trader for the Small Cap Value I, Small Cap Core, SMID Cap Value, SMID Cap Core, Mid Cap Value, and All Cap Value strategies. He began his career as both a listed block trader and an OTC trader for KeyBanc Capital Markets in Cleveland, Ohio. Kelley holds a B.A.B.S. from Ohio University in Finance and Management Information Systems.
