Crystal Lin

Crystal Lin is a multidisciplinary Strategic Designer based in Auckland, New Zealand, focusing on innovation in financial services and climate technology. They currently serve as the Design Lead at FourTwoThree, contributing to a business resilience platform, and have previously held significant roles, including Associate Director of Strategic Design at NAB. Crystal’s design expertise spans from early-stage proposition design to UX/UI, underpinned by a strong foundation in Human-Centred Design. In addition to their design career, they have spent a decade performing as a session musician, collaborating with various artists across genres. Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Auckland and a Graphic Design certification from Shillington Education.
